Custom-made pieces do not accept returns for change of mind. Manufacturing defect? Exchange guaranteed at no cost.
Questions about exchanges
What is the request deadline?
7 calendar days from receipt per consumer law. For defects, 30 days.
Can a custom product be returned?
Not for change of mind. The exception is a manufacturing defect, exchanged at no cost.
How is the refund processed?
Via the same payment method. Credit card: up to 2 billing cycles. PIX/boleto: up to 5 business days.
What condition must the product be in?
Unused, unwashed, with original tag and proof of purchase.
